The toxic swamps everyone complains about are a joke to Faith builds. It would be really nice if Demon's Souls had the Raw upgrade path and buffs like Sunlight Blade and some of the lightning offensive miracles, but that came in later Souls games.At lvl 50 or so, the meat cleaver shreds health bars already, but curious how well that will scale as I level towards the PVP meta. The meat cleaver is traditionally buffed with Light Weapon cast with the Insanity Catalyst, especially for PvP. That is probably it’s biggest advantage over similar strength weapons. A little bit of offensive magic (soul arrow, etc.) also works wonders in worlds 1 + 2, even with low MAG. Honestly OP magic builds are only magic builds. You don't need armor or even a weapon after you get the kris blade and clever rats ring.
