There is adjustments to the unload valve and you have to adjust the charge pressure. The question you have to ask your self is, do I want power or do I want speed? Unfortunately, you can't have both. The PTO is fast. In the RTV, on the left side of your seat, is a throttle lock. You run it up to full throttle and lock it. Then use the pedal to move it forward/reverse, much like a tractor. It is unmarried. The problem you experience is normal. There is adjustments to the unload valve and you have to adjust the charge pressure. The question you have to ask your self is, do I want power or do I want speed? Unfortunately, you can't have both. Either max speed or max power.
